Location: Barcelona Spain Hybrid or Athens Greece (Hybrid)
Language Requirement: Native German (C2 Fluent English
Contract Type: Fulltime
Work Schedule: 38.5 hours per week (morning or afternoon shifts available 2 days off per week)

Your Mission
We are seeking a Germanspeaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital spaces online integrity and user safety.
As part of a collaborative team youll help maintain a healthy and secure online environment for users across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Review usergenerated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines
- Detect assess and manage inappropriate or harmful materials
- Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity
- Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols
- Document and escalate edge cases as necessary
What We Are Looking For
- C2 level in German and strong English communication skills
- Passion for social media and digital communities
- Proactive goaloriented and teamspirited
- Experience in content moderation customer service or contact centres is a plus
- Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory)
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts)
