Job Description
Wise currently operates in over 170 countries processing millions of transactions annually. The main goal of this role is to ensure that customer data within Wises systems is managed in compliance with local regulations enabling us to move and manage our customers money in an increasing number of countries around the world.
You will be the Product Manager for the Data Oversight team whose mission is to ensure that customer data handled by Wise is stored processed and reported in compliance with local regulations and standardswhile delivering efficiency auditability and a delightful customer experience.
This will involve working on topics such as:
Standardising the way Wise reports customer data externally (e.g. to tax authorities or regulators)
Building monitoring systems to ensure the quality of customer data remains consistently high across all Wise systems
Developing creative solutions to meet local data management regulations
The impact you have will help open up new markets for Wise while keeping us compliant in existing ones.
You will work closely with various teams across Wiseincluding Financial Crime Regional Expansion Product Management Analytics and Regulatory Complianceto achieve the teams objectives.
