The ideal candidate should have good communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Handling data entry documentation and record maintenance
Processing and managing invoices receipts and financial records
Coordinating with other departments for smooth workflow
Preparing reports and assisting in internal audits
Responding to emails and managing correspondence
Managing databases and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting front office staff and assisting in general administrative tasks
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
