Job Description
A facility located in Lubbock TX is seeking an Interim Facilities Director to join their team!
Pay: $60.00 / hourly
Interim Facilities Director Opportunity:
- Fulltime 8 week contract with extension opportunities!
- Schedule: Monday Friday weekends as needed
- Healthcare setting
Interim Facilities Director Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daytoday operation of the entire physical plant. This includes boilers chillers HVAC system routine maintenance of interior and exterior structures electrical plumbing and general facility upkeep
- Performs daily weekly monthly quarterly annual monitoring of equipment and the hospital environment of care as defined in hospital policies and procedures
- Manage plan coordinate and monitor the physical environmental and security conditions and general maintenance of the building facilities of a department or other administrative unit
Interim Facilities Director Requirements:
- 5 years experience in boilers chillers and HVAC systems
- 3 5 years management experience
- Hospital based experience is preferred
