Prepare organize and control case files from opening to closure. Liaison and resource contact person between Judge/ Client and Judge/ Program and other departments and agencies. Open courts calling them to order and announcing Judges. Prepare and issue orders of the court including probation orders release documentation sentencing information and summonses. Prepare dockets and or calendars of cases to be called. Perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and to assist in other areas where staffing shortages exist.
Requirements
Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Tribal Federal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to pass a preemployment alcohol and drug screening.
