We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director Client Partner to join our client s team in Charlotte NC. In this strategic role youll be responsible for owning client relationships driving account growth and ensuring the successful delivery of cuttingedge technology solutions across the manufacturing domain. This is a highimpact individual contributor position that reports directly to senior sales leadership.
Two Locations: Raleigh & Charlotte NC
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic relationships with existing enterprise clients in the manufacturing sector.
Drive sales growth and increase profit margins through consultative selling and proactive account management.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and decisionmakers.
Identify crosssell and upsell opportunities across product and service lines including:
- Warranty Management
- Manufacturing Analytics
- IoT Solutions
- Salesforce and other enterprise technologies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align delivery with client expectations and business goals.
- Represent the client s voice internally advocating for quality innovation and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for driving Sales growth and margins for existing customers in and around Charlotte NC USA.
Requirements
- Must have a strong background in the Manufacturing Domain.
- At least 3 years of handson experience in Warranty Management.
- 4 years of experience working with Manufacturing Analytics IoT solutions and Salesforcebased platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and manage delivery of IT software solutions productbased experience preferred.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with a proven track record of stability (minimum 3 years in previous roles/projects).
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
