Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive HR Specialist with expertise in Keka HR software to join our dynamic HR team. This role requires handson experience with Keka for managing HR operations streamlining workflows and enhancing employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keka HR Operations:
  • Administer and manage the Keka HR platform including configuration maintenance and updates.
  • Customize workflows dashboards and reports as per organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Kekarelated queries for employees and management.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Ensure seamless onboarding employee data management and offboarding processes through Keka.
  • Maintain and update employee records attendance and payroll data in Keka.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
  • Process monthly payroll using Keka ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Generate and verify statutory reports like PF ESI TDS etc. through the software.
  • Performance Management:
  • Facilitate goalsetting performance reviews and appraisals using Kekas performance management module.
  • Generate insights and analytics to support performancerelated decisions.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for HR strategies.
  • Training & Support:
  • Train employees and managers on utilizing Keka s features effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between Keka s support team and the organization for escalations or advanced configurations.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience 2 years in HR roles with handson Keka HR software expertise.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes payroll and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using HR analytics tools and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
