Job Description
Premedion International is seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to join our team for new projects we have it at north and south of Germany If you have a love for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional service we want to hear from you!
Tasks
- Oversee daily operations of the spa
- Manage staff and ensure high standards of service
- Develop and implement spa programs and promotions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and staff
Requirements
- Residency:Must have the right to work in the EU
- Language:Native German speaker
- Proven experience in spa management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customeroriented mindset
