About the Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the branded watch retail showroom ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning achieving sales targets managing the sales team maintaining stock and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Role Objectives:

Manage daily retail showroom operations sales performance and reporting.

Lead guide and motivate the showroom sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Ensure product displays store hygiene and visual merchandising standards.

Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests professionally.

Track stock levels order replenishments and coordinate with the head office.

Prepare sales reports MIS data and operational records.

Implement in-store promotional offers and marketing activities.

Maintain high standards of customer experience store safety and team discipline.
Basic Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a premium/luxury retail showroom (watches jewellery apparel or lifestyle brands preferred).

Excellent leadership communication and sales management skills.

Good understanding of inventory control customer handling and team supervision.

Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as per showroom operations.
Salary:
35000 to 45000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
