Responsibilities- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Promote HPCIndustrials safety environmental and operations policies;
- Ensure inpleant staged equipment is properly tracked for delivery to customer locations and billing purposes.
- Work closely with InSite Project Manager to direct inplant equipment and/or personnel to meet customer needs.
- Act as office liaison for inplant service personnel on shift and communicate which project to direct personnel or equipment to work on.
- Help maintain a proper inventory of equipment and supplies for current workloads.
- Interface with the customer in a profession and effective manner to update them on equipment status.
- Ensure proper communication to the InSite Program Manager to confirm that contractual obligations are met to complete requested services project progression status and change orders are completed and executed prior to any addition work being performed; Ensure the customer acknowledges change order(s).
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree Environmental Science/Related or Minimum 3 years experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of Industrial Services equipment and supplies
- Leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Operations experience
- Proficiency in Windows based applications
