This exceptional opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in planning developing and implementing successful email campaigns within a worldclass team based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team you will:

• Build flawless email campaigns select databases and ensure quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.

• Establish schedule test and deploy onetime recurring triggered and dynamic campaigns.

• Develop and manage a personalization strategy to improve response rates.

• Suggest effective email marketing strategies to maintain highquality standards.

• Monitor and analyze email marketing campaigns focusing on business metrics like lead generation and account nurturing.

• Use statistical analysis and past campaign behavioral responses to build optimized email campaigns lists segmentation and ongoing improvements in campaign efficiency.

• Manage the technology to scale email marketing programs and improve their efficiency.

• Coordinate process management and documentation.

• Maintain timely and proactive communication with collaborators across multiple geographies via email phone and IM.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role you should have:

• A minimum of 34 years of experience in email marketing preferably in the B2B Services Industry with global exposure.

• Handson experience in activation and nurturing programs managing large databases profiling and segmentation.

• Knowledge of CDO setup and Program Builder.

• Prior experience in crafting advanced campaigns A/B testing crafting multichannel & crosschannel campaigns and eventtriggered recurring campaigns.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in using SQL/Excel to manipulate data and perform highlevel or granular analysis.

• Handson experience with platforms like Eloqua and Marketo.

• Basic knowledge of HTML.

• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Personal Qualities

We seek an individual who quickly grasps new concepts and pays close attention to details. Previous experience in a corporate setting is a must. You should support standard methodologies for email marketing and excel in a teamoriented atmosphere collaborating closely with peers and global teams.
