Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise the rebagging operations for sugar.
Ensure that team members follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
Monitor and maintain productivity and quality standards.
Accurately complete and manage all necessary paperwork.
Report daily progress and any issues to management.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to follow and enforce detailed instructions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and work in confined spaces as needed.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat cold and humidity.
Maintain balance and coordination on uneven or moving surfaces. Steeltoe boots pants safety vest safety glasses and hard hat are required.
