Job Description

Internal Communication Specialist

Location: Wrocaw/Warsaw
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity

The position is for the team within EYs Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) in GDS and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement (CE) pillar.
This position will work with our stakeholder team in EYs Europe West region to create support various internal communications deliverables and manage EYs CE channels where relevant. The candidate will be required to manage some of the internal channels including not limiting to group mailboxes SharePoint Viva Engage pages One access lists etc.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage communications and engagement programs for EYs multiple people audiences
  • Support the team with rollouts of internal communications and engagement programs
  • Develop strong relationships with internal clients and colleagues
  • Help develop and deploy consistent communication plans that reach key internal audiences while allowing for local input customisation and integration of messages in appropriate channels
  • Help execute campaigns with high quality and engaging communications to compel people to take action
  • Content curation; managing English and German texts for various communication channels such as email and intranet
  • Track effectiveness of communication campaigns and manage feedback channels using associated information to make recommendations in order to improve strategies
  • Manage various IT systems for the administration of content distribution lists etc.
  • Creating and editing documents and templates in the common Microsoft Office applications (focus on PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Support EY brand understand implement and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY including verbal and branding guidelines
  • Engage with key team members to identify their objectives strategies target audiences differentiators and other aspects
  • Pursue and share best practices within the team
  • Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality
  • Driven to understand technical tools and programs and to solve difficult system tasks

To qualify for the role you must have

  • German language skills
  • Overall 46 years of communications experience including 3 years of Internal Communications experience
  • Graduate Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Marketing Journalism Communications or Public Relations
  • Knowledge of and skills in delivering contemporary marketing (including digital) and communication initiatives and measurement tactics
  • Very good to fluent written and spoken English
  • Work closely with the team to deliver on regional priorities; align communications with EYs global and area level performance agendas
  • Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action; leverage communications to inspire others
  • Be able to challenge peers and senior stakeholders while remaining constructive
  • Enable knowledge sharing within the team; be able to synthesize information from others; connect all facets of the business development when initiating developing and implementing marketing and communications projects; help the business address its big issues; serve as an organizational connector

Ideally youll also have

  • An uptodate industry knowledge on brand marketing and communications trends and challenges
  • Proven ability to develop and lead the implementation of communications plans in Internal Communications
  • Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple groups and geographies and coordinating the work with various stakeholders in a virtual environment
