Role Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing both the presales and postsales interactions with the client for the Trading Products services.
Key accountabilities
Oversee all presales and postsales interactions with the client and escalate any issues or queries to the relevant team within Euronext this will include overseeing the onboarding process of new clients onto Euronext platforms.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their existing and future requirements by holding regular meetings events and forums.
Inform relevant teams within Euronext of significant client developments.
Recommend and drive improvements to the service level and client communication strategy across Euronext.
Identify upsell opportunities and support sales efforts by developing strong client relationships.

Your profile
Experience in a product management business development or sales support role.
Demonstrable exposure to developing new products in the past and have knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness strong ability in negotiations and persuasion.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships autonomy and determination to drive forward projects provide clear business input into functional requirements.
Collaborative open pragmatic customer oriented and numbersdriven approach to work.
International business experience developing products in multiple geographic locations.
