Description

Your role and impact:

Reporting to the General manager Service Delivery you will be responsible for;

Participant Recruitment and Journey Management:

  • Identify and recruit participants for various programs.
  • Oversee the participant journey from initial contact through to successful program completion.
  • Ensure participants receive appropriate support and resources throughout their journey.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain uptodate records of participant support and program activities.

Engagement and Partnerships:

  • Work closely with engagement partners to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align program activities with organisational goals.
  • Assist in finding employment opportunities for participants with disabilities.

Customer Service and Feedback:

  • Handle compliments and complaints from participants and stakeholders.
  • Implement feedback to improve program delivery and participant satisfaction.

Marketing and Events Coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing events in conjunction with the marketing department.
  • Promote program activities and successes through various channels.

Supportability and Mission Alignment:

  • Ensure supportability is always up to date.
  • Act in accordance with Good Sammys mission and values promoting a positive and inclusive culture.


Skills And Experiences

What you need to make the difference:

Essential Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in project coordination preferably in the disability or community services sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities with High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and transparency.

Desired Selection Criteria

  • A tertiary qualification in project management social work or a related field.
