We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Tech Hiring IT Hiring and NonIT Hiring.
Shift Timming : 12:00 PM9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Endtoend recruitment for technical IT and nonIT roles.
Sourcing candidates using job portals social media and networking.
Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
Managing candidate pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tech IT and nonIT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
