Join our dynamic Passenger Transport Unit (PTU) where we play a pivotal role in managing andfacilitating diverse transport services tailored to the unique needs of different demographics.
Were on the lookout for a talented Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) Support Officer to join our team and be a key player in the seamless operation of the Wiltshire Connect DRT bus service.

In this role your main mission is to ensure the Wiltshire Connect networkoperates efficiently delivering an exceptional customerfocused be the driving force behind our service promoting it with enthusiasm engaging with the community collaborating with stakeholders andoversee operational aspects and ensuring that disruption to passengers is minimised during operational incidents.

Operational hours
Wiltshire Connect operates from 6 am 8 pm on weekdays and 8 am 7.30pm on Saturdays. The main working hours for this post are between 6 am 7 pm on weekdays. Saturdays are covered on a callout basis as per a rota. To meet operational needs applicants must be available to start at 6 am or finish at 7 pm on a Rota basis. Specify your preferred working hours and whether youre applying for a FullTime or PartTime role in your application.
