JOB SUMMARY:
The Six Sigma Analyst supports Ohio Machinerys strategic goals by compiling highquality data and performing analyses that inform business understanding and decisions. The Six Sigma Analyst will lead data analysis projects and employ exceptional statistical analysis and problemsolving skills to interpret Ohio Machinery and thirdparty data presenting insights in easytounderstand presentations and visualizations shared with management and other business functions...
COMPETENCIES:
Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills. Proven skills in producing easytounderstand reports summarizing data analysis findings and communicating the opportunities to business leaders. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis to relate to all levels of employees and be a team player who motivates and educates other team members.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
One to three years of professionallevel experience. Bachelors degree preferred. Data analysis statistics and/or systems background is preferred.Previous experience with SQL is a plus.Must exhibit exemplary standards of integrity and personal work ethic.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
