About The Team
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Data Governor to join our team. The Customer Data Governor will be responsible for driving data governance initiatives and improving data quality within our CRM system and surrounding systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy consistency and reliability of our customer data which is used globally across various functions including sales customer service marketing and management supporting ZFs Aftermarket strategic objectives and enhancing customer insights. The Customer Data Governor will be responsible for driving data governance initiatives and improving data quality within our CRM system and surrounding systems.
What you can look forward to as Customer Data Governor:
- Develop/ enforce governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with divisional and industry standards.
- Creation documentation and mapping of customer master data related processes
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality
- Conduct regular data audits to identify in the CRM system
- Develop and implement data cleansing processes
- Work closely with stakeholder from different teams to understand data needs address issues provide training on governance and best practices
- Oversee integration of new customer related data sources into CRM
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes
Your Profile as Customer Data Governor:
- Bachelors degree in Information Management Data Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as data steward data governor or a similar role
- Deep knowledge of master data management and data governance
- Strong understanding of CRM systems especially Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams on different levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Entrepreneurial driven selfstarter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
