This position is based out of one of our Southern California offices which are in Ontario San Diego and Laguna Hills.
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a parttime basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain handson experience in a supportive learning environment. The People & Culture Coordinator will support the HR department in various administrative tasks assisting with the daytoday HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

Rate of Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 $33.00 and may be more or less depending on experience.
Work Schedule: This is a parttime position with an estimated workload of 2029 hours per week. There is potential for this role to transition to fulltime based on broader HR needs within the company. We offer flexible scheduling options including adjustments to accommodate school schedules if needed.
