Architectural Technologist in West Sussex
I am working with a firm who areseeking a talented Architectural Technologist with 3 years of professional experience to join their team in Chichester.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion. Proficiency in Revit is essential alongside a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with architects designers and project teams to deliver highquality technical drawings and specifications.
- Support project delivery across all RIBA stages ensuring designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers to deliver technical solutions.
- Contribute to the design and detailing of projects ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations and standards.
- Assist with onsite inspections and provide technical advice as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in an architectural practice or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- A good understanding of UK building regulations standards and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with excellent communication skills (written verbal and visual).
- Experience in the Education sector is desirable but not essential.
