This aint your average 9to5 its a fullon takeover. Youll be the boss calling the shots planning organizing and keeping projects tighter than a drum. Leading Project Admins fellow PMs and resources youll flex topshelf PMO skills to keep it all humming. Set the squads roles whip up plans that slap prioritize like a pro and lock down scope budget and timelines with swagger. Got a curveball Smash it. Youll build epic stakeholder vibes drop crystalclear comms and run the room in daily standups steering committees and Exco powwows. Oh and youll mentor the next wave of PMsall with that retail flavor cranked to 11!
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager with retail street cred thats straight fire
Organization skills so sharp they cut through chaos paired with time management thats untouchable
Verbal and written comms that hit like a banger no Afrikaans needed
A problemsolving ninja who thrives in the team zone
MS Project Youve got that on lock
Hyped for retail and obsessed with delivering the W
Qualification:
Prince 2 Practitioner or Advanced Project Management Diploma is a bonus
Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager in a highenergy environment
