Short Description

GENERAL
complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering.
requirements provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs.
validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications.
ability to implement and manage small to medium level projects.
ability to troubleshoot research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
with the administrative technical and customerfacing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes.
meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.

DOCUMENTATION
for keeping all documentation uptodate

TESTING
closely with business users and application team to design build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts.
and maintain test scripts in support of new installations projects and/or system updates.
as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project Teams.
as a liaison between end users subject matter experts and technical support.

SUPPORT
oncall support 24/7
queues event logs and brokers and performs maintenance as required
interfaces with external systems
ad hoc reports per user specifications

Scope Purpose and Frequency of Contacts:
Frequent interaction with IT staff and endusers including health system staff management or physicians.

Experience Required

6 10 years required

57 years relevant clinical certification and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred

Business Data Analytics Information Technology/Systems Healthcare preferred.

57 years relevant clinical certification and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree

License/Certification Requirements

Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.

Preferred:

RN PT OT MA LPN.
Healthcare experience in hospital medical practice or health system.

Special Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.
