Job Description
3DX Application Support (ITAR)
Cleveland OH
FTE
- Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
- Troubleshoot application performance and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
- Ensure all data access handling and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.
- Work closely with the business development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system logs user activity and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in patching version upgrades and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Relevant certifications in PLM CAD systems or 3DX tools would be a plus
