Job Title : Application Support - Java
Job Location : Cary NC (Onsite Hybrid)
Job Type : Contract
Provide L2L3 support for applications built using Java Spring Boot and Reactjs
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements
Monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk Prometheus or ELK
Participate in root cause analysis and incident reviews
Assist in integrating AIML models into existing applications eg predictive analytics recommendation engines
Document support procedures known issues and resolutions
Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to understand model behavior and deployment.
