Summary:
Reporting to the Manager Leadership and Organization Development this is a highly visible role requiring a professional with the strongest standards of excellence focused on delivering best practices and ensuring effective highimpact results across the system.
The Specialist Organization Development assists in delivering organization development initiatives through comprehensive training education and leadership development strategies that facilitates organizational growth effectiveness and continuous improvement within the Nuvance Health system.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducts organizational assessments to identify development needs gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. 15
2. Leads the design and development leadership programs including project scope learning needs assessments learning objectives and outcomes validation Creates the design and delivery of a comprehensive leadership development strategy and program tailored to the various levels of leadership)35
3. Leads the design and of initiatives based on surveys and feedback mechanisms that promote employee engagement and a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance. 20
4. Coordinates with leaders to identify specific learning needs and provides solutions that positively impact results 10
5. Works with crossfunctional teams to promote a unified approach to organizational development efforts and ensure alignment with strategic goals. 10
6. Assists the Manager Leadership and Organization Development in needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develops programs to close gap 10
7. Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values.
8. Demonstrates regular reliable and predictable attendance.
9. Perform other duties as required.
Other Information:
- Bachelors degree in organizational development Human Resources I/O Psychology Business Administration or a related field or comparable experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in organization development human resources or related fields preferably in the healthcare sector
