Role Overview:
We are seeking a fulltime Used Vehicle Director to join our team at Sheppard Auto Group. The individual will oversee the operations related to the sales pricing and inventory management of preowned vehicles. This position requires a leader who is passionate about driving success through innovative sales strategies market trend analysis team management and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the preowned vehicle department.
- Manage pricing and inventory ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in sales pricing and inventory management.
- Experience developing sales strategies and analyzing market trends.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Indepth knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
- Multistore management experience is a plus.
