Bridging Families Institute ConsultantLocation: Remote position but must be able to travel throughout NC to provide onsite consultation and technical assistance to partner agencies with statewide travel. Weekdays first shift with the availability during nontraditional work hours to meet the needs of the program.Impact: Y our work as a Bridging Families Institute Consultant will directly influence how families heal and reunify. Youll train and support child welfare agencies in adopting the Bridging Families modelan approach rooted in TBRI (TrustBased Relational Intervention) that transforms how services are delivered to families in crisis.By guiding agencies through readiness implementation and ongoing training youll help ensure vulnerable children and their families get the highquality traumainformed care they deserve.Hiring Range: $65500 $74500 annually Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Education/Experience/Licensure: - Must meet one of the following licensed discipline categories: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level) Licensed Psychological Associate Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with children and families in child welfare.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing/implementing new programs or projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience with supervision of clinical or child welfare staff.
- Training or experience with Trust Based Relational Intervention strongly preferred.

Key Job Duties Partnership Development - Identify and assess potential child welfare agencies to implement Bridging Families.
- Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate formal partnership agreements.
- Participate in events and webinars to promote the program.
Training & Implementation Support - Serve as the primary point of contact and trainer for agency partners.
- Customize training plans provide inperson/virtual support and model key program elements.
- Maintain TBRI Practitioner status and deliver certified trainings.
- Use fidelity tools to evaluate and enhance program adherence.
Curriculum Development - Cocreate and revise Bridging Families training materials and curricula.
- Adapt content to meet partner agency needs and evolving best practices.
Strategic Planning - Collaborate with leadership to support longterm program growth.
- Contribute to program development strategies and implementation across the state.
Compliance & Data Reporting - Support agencies in meeting stakeholder expectations and grant outcomes.
- Use data to make informed recommendations for program improvement.
- Train agencies on required outcome measures and assist with reporting.
Community Engagement - Build strong relationships with community and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and warmly to build trust and foster collaboration.
