Interpreting data developing and implementing solutions. Can independently deliver a project.
Personal & professional growth
- Works on personal growth and further develops expertise; communicates independently with clients.
- Shows ownership of (sub)projects asks for help/questions in time and aligns expectations with the client.
- Guides 1-2 analysts and coordinates their work within the project.
- Is a culture bearer within the organization.
Client & quality
- Independently executes (sub)projects / initiatives:
- Interprets & processes data into advice/solutions within the project.
- Further develops solution directions.
- Informs stakeholders in a structured and clear manner.
- Identifies project delivery risks and escalates these.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders within the project framework.

- Commerce: Identifies commercial opportunities within the project and shares them with the responsible project manager
- Knowledge: Shares acquired knowledge internally
- Portfolio: Connects client issues to services delivered by Sia
Qualifications :
- You have completed your Masters Degree
- You have 1 to 5 years experience within a consultancy firm
- Sectoral knowledge: Telecom & Tech / Financial Services / Automotive / Life Sciences
- Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
- Analytical mind exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory
