Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Master the Jitterbit AppBuilder (formally known as Vinyl) platform
- Author solution designs and implementation recommendations delivered to a variety of business and technical audiences including experienced client managers and IT architects
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and lead the solution design process jointly with customers and Jitterbit Implementation team.
- Prepares technical documentation and presents proposals to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates with development teams to ensure consistency and quality of proposed solutions
- Identify opportunities to create additional client value and expand Jitterbits footprint
- Mentor and train new team members
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management on Jitterbit products
- Contribute to a highly satisfactory client experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline plus 10 years of related professional experience
- 10 years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience
- 6 years of hands-on experience with AppBuilder
- 8 years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise
- Integration platforms: e.g. Jitterbit Informatica Cast Iron/IBM TIBCO Mulesoft Talend Dell Boomi Snaplogic preferred
- Experience with common relational database technologies: SQL MySQL Oracle Microsoft SQLServer etc.
- Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solution: NetSuite Workday etc.
- Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML SOAP REST JSON ODBC/JDBC etc.
- English C1/C2 proficiency - verbal and written

- Exceptional verbal presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
