The office assistant position serves as a hybrid position between administration assistance and care coordination. This position serves to facilitate both the needs of caregivers when working alongside care coordinators and the needs of office staff. This position requires a high capacity for navigating interpersonal communication attention to detail and an understanding of the larger scope of operations.
The Office Assistant is a full time employee. A typical week will consist of work from 8:30AM5PM MondayFriday. The position will also be oncall. The division of hours each week will vary but may look similar to those listed below:
