About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage a team of SDRs through the next growth phase. You are someone who has gained experience in B2B sales are likely to have gained some supervisory or coaching experience and are now ready build on that experience as a team manager.
In this role you willbe responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This includes managing the sales process building strong client relationships and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning optimising processes and team leadership.
You will do this by:
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other Sales Managers to plan and develop marketing plans which increase brand awareness.
Implement and track key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and manage reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
Set team objectives and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
Recruit train and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
