Introduction

NVM Device Engineering involves developing electrical test structures and methods and analyzing electrical device data to support the development and commercialization of advanced NVM devices like MRAM and RRAM.

Your Job

  • Define and maintain electrical test programs of test structures for NVM (MRAM RRAM) device and their bitcells.

  • Support new characterization methods for NVM devices and bitcells.

  • Characterize and analyze electrical characteristics of NVM devices and bitcells to aid technology and NVM IP development with various teams.

  • Create verify and optimize test structures for NVM devices and bitcells; document these structures.

  • Analyze incoming mask sets and optimize layouts for NVM bitcells and test structures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in microelectronics semiconductor physics or related field.

  • 0 2 Years in semiconductor device development/manufacturing field.

  • Basic understanding on semiconductor device physics.

  • Basic understanding of device electrical characterization such as IV CV.

  • Basic data analysis skills.

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office Tools as well as good presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English Language written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in microelectronics semiconductor device physics

  • NVM device engineering experience such as MRAM RRAM or FRAM.

  • Programming skills with standard languages such as Phython Java etc.

  • Semiconductor design/layout with Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsis

  • Project management skills i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
