Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of our mobile applications focused on grocery list creation and price comparison. You will be joining a mission-driven team working to help thousands of families find the best grocery deals through intuitive high-impact mobile solutions. As part of our product engineering group you will work closely with design product and leadership to shape the future of our mobile experience.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience building mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
- Proven track record in delivering a production-grade mobile app (iOS & Android).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (functional and prototypal programming).
- Strong command of TypeScript and Python.
- Solid software testing practices and clean code principles.
- Experience integrating with backend APIs and consuming data from external services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborative with a team-first mentality and a strong desire to contribute to user success.
- Previous experience in a tech startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
