Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Lead
Company Overview:Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead MOT with successful and progressive experience in supervising and ensuring the proper set up and take down of alltraffic control devices as well as maintaining the setup for the duration of the job for all MOT personnel.
Position Summary: The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 5 Years experience as Lead MOT Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all Middlesex Safety Policies and Procedures
- Present daily huddles weekly Toolbox Talks and safety talks
- Must be able to identify potential hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all Team Members
- Supervision of all MOT personnel
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to include day/night shift work with extended hours when necessary
- Ensure proper set up maintenance and removal of all traffic controls
Necessary Attributes:
- Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
- Team player and with strong interpersonal skills
- Selfstarter with excellent verbal communication skills
- Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Dedicated and hardworking

Requirements
- MOT advanced certification
- Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards
- Able to follow verbal instructions
