Job Description

Qualifications and Skills

  • Talent sourcing is essential for the role of HR intern as this will aid in building a pool of qualified candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for preparing and managing various documents and presentations effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems to keep track of all data related to the management of human resources in the company.
  • Ability to schedule interviews efficiently while coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless process flow.
  • Assist in the onboarding coordination processes to make new employees feel welcome and prepared for their new roles.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance in HR tasks and understand the legal frameworks surrounding employment.
  • Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate and updated employee records as part of the HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interaction with potential candidates and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to source and screen potential candidates utilizing various recruitment channels.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting interviews alongside senior HR staff to identify suitable candidates.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining an efficient filing and retrieval system.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities while ensuring a smooth process for newly hired employees.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents and materials such as employment contracts and policy manuals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements by staying updated with employment law basics.
  • Engage with prospective and current employees to address inquiries and direct them appropriately for resolution.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives designed to enhance organizational development and employee engagement.
