JobResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
TheAssociate Director Business Solutions will be responsible for supporting themanagement and development of relationships with clients in the real estateindustry particularly those with complex multiproperty portfolios. TheAssociate Director will be responsible for a broad range of real estateservices including property management leasing brokerage investmentadvisory and facility management such as CBRE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Support: Assist in maintaining strong longlasting relationships with clients who have extensive and multifaceted real estate portfolios
- Solution Development: Collaborate with upper management to analyze client needs and support the development of customized business solutions that optimize real estate investments
- Project Support: Manage the of real estaterelated projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports dashboards and analyses for clients and internal teams offering insights into portfolio performance and suggesting areas for improvement
- Strategic Advisory Support: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on maximizing the value of their real estate assets
- Account Management: Track and monitor ongoing client projects and accounts ensuring client satisfaction and providing proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations marketing and finance to support the of business solutions for clients
- Industry Research: Stay current on market trends competitors and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to deliver added value to clients
In addition to the abovefunctions you may also be expected to assist in other nonoperations work fromtime to time as the need arises and as determined by the Managing Directors ofHC Global Business Solutions LLC.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business solutions account management or a related role with a strong background in real estate
- Experience in companies offering services such as property management leasing investment consulting and facility management is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market portfolio management and challenges faced by real estate owners and investors a must
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and training
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field.
