We are looking for apermanent fulltime Occupational Therapistto join our Adult Services Short Term Support Service in Preston. This role involves working across Lancashire to support individuals in achieving their goals and living independently in their homes.

  • Position: Permanent FullTime Occupational Therapist

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with social work colleagues care providers NHS and other partners.
  • Develop and coach a reenabling approach and/or longerterm compensatory adaptations for people leaving hospital or avoiding admission.
  • Conduct highquality holistic facetoface Occupational Therapy assessments.
  • Set and review therapeutic goals and create personcentred robust proportionate support plans.
