Job Description

Our expertise is in Project Management Engineering Commissioning & Qualification Validation Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as aProject Controls CoordinatorinToronto ON (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up project progress through daily meetings or by email.
- Participate and facilitate team discussions and capture commitments and deliverables.
- Issue meeting minutes and action items and follow up actions in a timely fashion.
- Consistently follow the change management process ensuring all scope changes are assessed for impact on cost quality and schedule with local project teams to ensure compliance to site procedures.
- Monitor detailed cost actual vs budget trends and develop forecasts.
- Develop project status reports for the portfolio and share with various stakeholders. Ensure cost forecast critical project risks and mitigation plans are identified in the rollup reporting.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience within project coordination crossfunctional team in a construction environment.
- University degree or College Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Solid working experience with MS Office (EXCEL and Word).
- Organizational skills are a must along with ability to work under pressure.
- Team facilitation and problemsolving skills are an asset.
- Good technical writing and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Individual must be a selfstarter conscientious and detailed oriented.
