Join our growing IT team in this newly created opportunity. Oversee endtoend service delivery from internal and external providers to meet the Departments needs. Manage operational engagements transition new or modified services and ensure all products and services meet requirements.

About you
Youre a proactive and solutionsfocused IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and vendor management. With experience working across shared services environments you thrive on building strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure highperforming IT services. Youre confident managing Service Partnership Agreements driving accountability through KPIs reporting and escalation processes and ensuring seamless service operations. Your expertise spans IT procurement contract management and financial oversight and youre passionate about embedding effective Service Management frameworks that enhance performance transparency and value for the organisation.
