Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact providing excellent customer service to clients and staff.
Manage front desk operations including answering inquiries directing visitors and handling correspondence.
Utilize Microsoft Word PowerPoint Publisher Outlook SharePoint and Excel for administrative tasks.
Maintain records schedules and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with colleagues supervisors and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
Obtain and complete all required background checks within 30 days of contract award.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of one 1 year of customer service experience in a front desk/reception office environment.
Language Proficiency: Ability to read write and speak English fluently to communicate clearly with colleagues supervisors and clients.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word PowerPoint Publisher Outlook SharePoint and Excel.
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain all necessary background checks within 30 days of contract award.
