Job Description
Discreet family inRoxbury Connecticutlooking hire a detailed orientedLive OutHousekeeper to work alongside other housekeepers. Someone with less experiencehigh work ethic and the ability to step in and manage others in the future would be considered.
The Housekeeper will assume responsibility for the maintenance and
appearance of the Principals residence a 10K sq. ft. main residence and a
2500 sq. ft. two bedroom guest house and in general provide services as
outlined in the Household duties shall include without limitation:
Occasional supervision direction and control over general housekeeping
and cleaning duties. This position requires handson housekeeping day
to day.
House sitting when needed
Some cooking and grocery shopping as needed
Dog care
Dishwashing laundry and ironing
Plant care
Branch and floral arrangements
Keeping track of inventory running errands
Implement and manage special projects as needed
Serving at meals as needed and dinner parties
Prepare for guests and entertaining
From time to time and as needed Housekeeper may be asked to travel to
other residences to assist
This position primarily consists of a MondayFriday schedule with the
flexibility for extended hours weekend days and holidays when needed.
Full benefits package after 60 days of employment
Salary based on experience. $35.00$45.00 per hour$73000.00$93000.00
Requirements
Must have professional demeanor use of utmost discretion and
confidentiality at all times
Strong command of the English language excellent communication skills
both written and verbal
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and able to multi task
High proficiency in all aspects of general housekeeping deep cleaning
and special surfaces
The Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager
