About the role
We have an exciting fulltime opportunity in our Sydney GeneralInsurance team for a Lawyer with 25 years PAE. The workwill primarily relate to the defence of claims involving insurancecoverage public liability and litigation across Australia arisingfrom all types of asbestos silica and other dust exposures. Thisposition will give you direct access to a Specialist AccreditedPartner recognised by Doyles Guide and Best Lawyers andother senior practitioners. It is a wonderful opportunity for ajunior lawyer looking to gain handson experience in a busy andfriendly team.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be an admitted lawyerwith approximately 25 years PAE and experience in alitigation setting. Experience in dust disease litigation is notcrucial however your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will behighly regarded. If you are someone who enjoys a degree of autonomywhilst having the guidance of a supportive Partner this could bethe ideal role for you.
