Job Description

We are looking for an Associate who is not only fluent in data but also naturally at home in platforms like Slack Gen AI tools and modern digital workflows. Youll be part of a forwardthinking team focused on operational excellence automation and leveraging AI to unlock efficiencies across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in highgrowth environments is deeply curious about the future of work and wants to be at the intersection of tech data and operational strategy.
What Youll Do:
- Work closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Act as the goto person for Slackbased process automation integrations and workspace optimisation
- Work with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI can streamline operations (e.g. summarising meetings drafting reports automating knowledge sharing)
- Support the design and implementation of automated workflows
- Collaborate with data and ops teams to track performance metrics report insights and improve business processes
- Help maintain internal knowledge hubs and surface insights using tools like Confluence and Slack AI
- Partner with Engineering Product and Operations to bridge data and userfriendly tooling
- Stay ahead of new Gen AI tools and trends testing and introducing what makes sense for our team and mission
What Were Looking For:
- Technative mindset you pick up new tools quickly and ideally already work daily in Slack and AI tools
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT Claude etc. and their operational applications
- Familiarity with data operations business intelligence or process improvement
- A natural systems thinker you enjoy designing optimising and documenting workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to solve openended problems
- Bonus if youve worked in startups fintechs or other highgrowth fastmoving environments
