Job Description
Tasks
- Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms tailored for AI-driven products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI technologies into existing software applications enhancing their capabilities and performance.
- Conduct research and experiments on large language models (LLM) and agentic AI systems to push the boundaries of current technological capabilities.
- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve data retrieval processes and enhance user interaction with AI systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning fields to ensure the companys offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in multidisciplinary teams to drive AI innovation.
