Corporate Senior Associate
Location: Cardiff
Salary:per annum (DOE)
We are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate to join ourclients Cardiff office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on highvalue corporate transactions advising clients across a range of industries including financial services technology and infrastructure.
The Role
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate transactions including M&A joint ventures and private equity.
- Lead on highprofile deals overseeing due diligence structuring and transaction .
- Draft review and negotiate complex transactional documents.
- Offer strategic guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships supporting business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers contributing to the teams professional development.
About You
- 6 years PQE in corporate law ideally from a leading UK or international firm.
- Strong track record in M&A private equity and corporate finance.
- Excellent technical and negotiation skills with the ability to lead on complex transactions.
- A clientfocused solicitor who can develop and maintain trusted relationships.
- An ambitious and forwardthinking professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
