Job Description

Our Corporate Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Asset Management division. Were looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader to join us as a Corporate Strategy Principal helping to define and deliver our long-term vision.
What youll be doing:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape and implement L&G Asset Managements macro strategy
- Embedding the Corporate Strategy team within key business areas including Distribution Investments Product and Marketing
- Coordinating and executing firm-wide strategic initiatives across geographies and client channels
- Supporting corporate development planning and delivering strategic objectives
- Leading the creation of scalable insights and presenting them to senior stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across the business to drive collaboration and remove barriers
- Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure alignment with market needs
- Partnering with business units to identify and implement inorganic growth opportunities
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in management or strategy consulting ideally within a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of the asset management industry from both strategic and financial perspectives
- Proven ability to define strategic goals and deliver cross-functional projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with experience preparing C-suite materials
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse teams
