Realstar is headquartered in Toronto and is part of Realstar Group which has over $9 billion of multifamily hospitality and alternative real estate assets under management primarily in Canada and the UK. are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is fulltime and would require you to work some weekends.
Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner
General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies elevator stairwells windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms social rooms) including sweeping vacuuming & mopping
Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances walls windows kitchen washrooms balconies
Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels service rooms foyers patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends
Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
12 years related experience
Customer service skills
A pleasant demeanour
Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture garbage bins appliances etc)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to perform in a team environment
