Our client is seeking a P&C licensed dedicated and proactive Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team.

Qualifications

  • Active P&C License
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products policies and coverage options.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business risks.
  • Proficient in insurance software customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients understanding their business operations goals and risk management needs.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess their evolving insurance requirements and provide personalized guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze their business risks and exposures considering factors such as industry regulations market trends and specific business activities.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Design comprehensive insurance solutions that align with clients risk profiles and coverage needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms conditions and pricing to create tailored insurance policies.
  • Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle from initial policy issuance to endorsements renewals and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy documents endorsements and related paperwork.
  • Assist clients in navigating the claims process acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure smooth claims resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends regulatory changes and emerging risks that may impact clients insurance needs.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and carriers to offer the best solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to crosssell additional insurance products or coverage enhancements to meet clients evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand the agencys footprint within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records policy documentation and correspondence in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics including revenue targets client retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.
