Salary Range :AUD(Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Role :Portfolio Manager
Location :Sydney Australia

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall accountable for Client Service Delivery for the assigned Portfolio
- Relationship management with customer Head of and ASM
- Management and SLA Reporting
- Risk Management
- Develop and enhance a deep domain understanding of the Portfolio
- Share learning with rest of the Portfolio and the team
- Essential:
- Client Satisfaction Index
- Employee Satisfaction Index
- Relationship Mapping
- SLA and Metrics Compliance
- Internal IS Systems Accuracy
- Level of Domain understanding of the Portfolio
- Innovative value addition to the client
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 15 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 5 years of experience in directing and driving large portfolios
- Additional Skills:
- Strong Leadership
- Strategic Thinking
- Coordinating & Directing
- Proficiency in Communication
- Quality Risk and Scope Management
- Continuous process improvement
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement techniques
- Building and measuring the key performance indicators
- Change Management
- Influencing & Negotiating
- Knowledge and preferably working experience of Cloud services Private Clouds
- PMP / Prince 2 / Agile certified professional
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident
